The ask
An inherited supplier training deck and 80+ page word document. It was dense, inconsistent and built for reference, not for frontline teams to actually use. Small budget, tight timeline.
Follow-on projects requested by the client
What I did
Turned a rough PowerPoint and a 80+ page Word doc into a modular playbook: new layout, type and icons, a color system by division, and visuals built on adult-learning principles.

The result
A playbook teams can navigate on their own, and the client came back for two more projects built on the same approach.
