Developed and directed the displays as well as developed training tools for over 900 stores in three different countries. Supporting the stores with in-person training and education and short animations for reference.

At Sephora, I managed a $2M+ visual merchandising budget, overseeing packaging, in-store displays, and experiential installations. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns that balanced high creative standards with operational excellence. My work spanned packaging, print, digital, and retail activations, ensuring brand consistency and impact across channels.
