I led the creative development for a high-end retailer’s internal change management initiative, designed to inspire courage and adaptability among merchandisers, senior leaders, and associates.

Designed the program’s visual identity, including logo, typography, and color palette.
Created a full suite of branded communications—posters, emails, and SharePoint site design—to reinforce program themes and encourage engagement.
